OHIO DISTRICT COUNCIL CHILDREN FOR CHRIST CAMP
DRESS CODE

 

POLICY:

  1. All persons on the campground must adhere to the approved Dress Code.
  2. The Hallowed Hills Board must approve modifications to the Dress Code.

A. Dress Code for Children

] . No tight pants, no short-shorts, and no low-cut tops or revealing attire at any time.

2. Children must dress appropriately during strenuous physical activity based on the discretion of the advisor.

  1. Dress Code for female workers:

I. No pants, no shorts, no culottes, and no low-cut tops or revealing attire.

2.    During strenuous recreation/physical activity, it may be permissible to modify the dress code based on the discretion of the Camp Director.

  1. Dresses and/or skirts must be of sufficient length so that when a young lady is seated the skirt is no more than four inches.

4.    Splits in skirts or dresses should not be higher than three inches above the knee.

  1. Dress Code for male workers:
    1. No earrings, no tank or muscle shirts.
    2. Drooping pants can not be worn at anytime.
      1. During strenuous physical activity, boys may be permitted to modify their dress based on the discretion of the Camp’ Director.

4.  Doo rags cannot be worn outside the men’s dorm.

  1. Individuals not in compliance to the Dress Code will be counseled. Further violations will result in disciplinary action up to expulsion.
    1. Mentors/counselors are expected to supervise the junior workers and their campers and to evaluate whether they are in compliance with the dress code.

An Incident Report will be completed and given to the Head Counselors for any disciplinary action taken in regards to this issue.
