*NOTE TO PASTORS: Please assign a special member of the congregation to be the “Children’s for Christ Camp Liaison”, or contact person to your local church. Then, pass this packet on to them and have them contact the camp office.*

We are getting ready for the most exciting days of the year 2016!!
SUNDAY, JULY 17 through FRIDAY, JULY 22
This is your official liaison’s packet for CHILDREN FOR CHRIST CAMP 2016!!
We NEED YOU to please:
- In large print, write your name and phone number on the Poster and post it at a visible area in your church.
- Add your name and phone number to the “Get Ready for Camp” bulletin insert and arrange for copies (2 sided/half-page) to be added to Sunday bulletin as soon as possible. (If not applicable, please distribute copies to each household in congregation – especially families with children entering K to 6th grade)
- Distribute the CAMPER’S REGISTRATION forms to would-be campers & VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION & RECOMMENDATION forms to interested volunteers (ages 16 and up). If you have access to a copy machine, will you please make more copies, as you need them? If not, just call us; we’ll be happy to send you more. Forms are also available on internet at www.children4christcamp.org
- Distribute one PARENT’S GUIDE per family.
- Collect and mail all registration forms (volunteer staff & campers) to our home address listed on the form. It’s also fine if some parents want to mail their children’s registration forms directly to us.
Will you do a huge favor for us?? …
PLEASE PRAYERFULLY HELP US TO RECRUIT CAMPERS!!
…Work with your church youth group leaders, Sunday School staff, etc. to initiate a camp registration drive to get kids from your church to participate in the exciting camp program we are planning.
LIMITED REGISTRATION !!! The tuition fee for Camp 2016 is only $125.00 each.
***Also remember, the church with the highest camper + volunteer attendance will take home the lovely, coveted, first place trophy!
This fee includes registration materials, a camp tee shirt, participation in and materials for the camp program, 3 meals + evening snack each day, and a recognition day packet with a camp group picture (plus more!).
In 2017 we will welcome the registration of Senior Citizens who wish to just get away and enjoy the laughter and songs of children on our Ohio District Council Hallowed Hills Campgrounds. The fee for food and lodging for Senior Citizens will be $75.

You, parents, volunteers, and junior volunteers (ages 16-19) are invited to join us on any and all of these dates to discuss, plan, and prepare for our blessed camp.

Before we close, most importantly…
When you pray, ask God to anoint the leadership of the Ohio District Council Children for Christ Camp that we will develop programming that will encourage our children to love the Lord and to commit to His plan of salvation.
